GRAYLING DAY with Cotswold Fly Fishers (CFF)

A pleasure to join members of the CFF for a Grayling Day arranged by Andy Grey on some beautiful stretches of the River Coln near Coln St Aldwyns on Sat 23 Jan 16.

He and I coached a number of methods from the traditional sighted dead drift induced take through NZ/Duo/Trio, short-leader, Czech to French nymphing styles.

We also raised £280 for the Cotswolds Rivers Trust who’s work is so important to the conservation and care of many waters.

A really enjoyable and fun day – even the weather was kind. Will look forward to the Trout Day that is being planned later in the year. Tight Lines, RJP
